How do I move up tiers?
Your tier is based on your monthly voucher purchase volume. Buy more vouchers and you'll automatically move up when you hit the volume threshold.
Can I buy without an account?
Absolutely. Guest checkout is available — no account needed. Create an account later to start earning rewards.
Do I lose my tier if I buy less one month?
There's a 14-day grace period. If your volume drops below the threshold, you'll have 14 days to bring it back up before a downgrade.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point per R1 spent, multiplied by your tier multiplier. 100 points = R1 discount on your next purchase.
